Hello,  I am Michelle Yanahan, Principal and Owner of ChangeFit 360 and, a passionate organizational change management working professional.

Here are a few things to know about me:


  • I have 25+ years business experience in leadership roles in operations, change, information technology and Project Management Offices
  • I hold a Masters in Organizational Behavior as well as CCMP & Prosci ADKAR Change Management Certifications
  • I do change consulting to keep my hands in the work and keep our learning current 
  • ChangeFit 360 is a Qualified Education Provider for ACMP, ATD, ICF and SHRM
